We welcome you to join in our weekly Ch’an meditation
class. Activities include simple stretching exercise, sitting
and walking mediation followed by tea and group discussion
based on the readings of the book Zen Wisdom by
Ch’an Master Shen-Yen.
Classes will be held on every Saturday.
9:30 – 10:00 simple stretch exercises to prepare for sitting
10:00 – 11:00 sitting meditation
11:00 – 12:00 tea and discussion
Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable loose fitting clothing
to all classes. Admission is free, pre-registration is required.(registration form)
