Welcome to join us for a unique workshop for young people. It will be held in the Dharma Drum Retreat Center in beautiful upstate New York, a calm and peaceful place ideal for relaxation and meditation practice. In this workshop, you will have fun and connect with a like-minded community of young people and monastics. You will learn and practice Chan Buddhism concepts and methods through games and outdoor activities, lectures, group discussions, and sharing.

This workshop includes meditation sessions which are great for those just starting out with meditation, but if you already have some experience, it can also deepen your practice.

This workshop opportunity is free for students and shuttle transportation will be provided from Newark International Airport and Manhattan.
